When will I receive my order?

Each order is made and shipped within 10-12 business days.  They are shipped through USPS and transit between 2-5 days.

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately, not at this time.  Currently I only accept orders within the United States through my website.  If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, contact me at charlenejoyaguilar@gmail.com.

Why should I use soft soles rather than hard soles for my new walker?

Soft soles are the perfect soles for your new walker or toddler.  The soft sole allows your babe to grip the floor with his or her toes and maintain better balance.

How do I wash the moccasins?

Spot cleaning is the best option! All of the moccasins except felt can be washed in the washer and laid out to dry.
